1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Waypoint+ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Waypoint+ is an AI-powered goal planning platform that helps users create personalized, step-by-step roadmaps for their goals. The Service uses the Claude API (provided by Anthropic, PBC) to generate and adapt plans based on user-provided information.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the goals, plans, and other content you create through the Service. By using the Service, you grant Waypoint+ a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell your content to third parties.

5. AI-Generated Content

Plans and roadmaps generated by the Service are produced by artificial intelligence and are intended as guidance only. They do not constitute professional advice (medical, financial, legal, or otherwise). You should use your own judgment before acting on any AI-generated recommendation.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Service.
  • Use the Service to generate harmful, harassing, or abusive content.

7. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waypoint+ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
